Installation of an MLF-20 Lima Kit.

The MLF-20 is quite a simple task to fit. It takes about 20 minutes from beginning to disassemble to ready to test drive. We have compiled a thorough document to guide you through every step and every possible contingency. MLF-38C (a MLF-20 for some steam outline locos) instructions will appear here shortly. Although labelled as MLF-05, fitting is the same.

The simple to follow instructions that are supplied with the Kit are an abbreviated form of this document (without the right hand column "guidelines" or centre pictures).

Installation Instructions for an ATC. 

Once you have decided to purchase a ModelTorque Automatic Torque-control Coupling you will need to install it in your locomotive. All of our distributors are able to assist with installation or you can do it yourself by following some simple steps.

You also need to replace your existing motor with your new ModelTorque Automatic Torque-control Coupling. Instruction booklet is here.
